Privacy Policy for Color Fill Puzzle

This Privacy Policy explains how Allion LLC ("we", "us", "our") handles information in the game Color Fill Puzzle (the "App", package identifier com.allion.colorfillpuzzle). By installing or using the App, you agree to the practices described below.

1. Summary

Color Fill Puzzle is an offline puzzle game. It has no sign-up, no account, and no in-app purchases. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or precise location. The only information that leaves your device is what Google needs in order to show the advertisements that fund the free game — chiefly a device advertising identifier.

2. Information Stored on Your Device

The following is kept locally on your device only. It is never transmitted to us:

  • Your level progress, stars earned, and best move counts
  • Daily Challenge streak and Time Attack records
  • Achievements you have unlocked
  • Your settings, including sound, music and the light or dark theme

You can erase all of it at any time by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling the app.

3. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The game is funded by advertisements supplied by Google AdMob, a service of Google LLC. To deliver and measure ads, Google may automatically collect and process:

  • The device advertising identifier — the Google Advertising ID on Android, or the IDFA on iOS where you have permitted tracking
  • Device information such as model, operating system version, language and coarse region
  • IP address and general, non-precise location derived from it
  • Ad interaction data — which ads were shown, viewed or tapped

4. Consent and Tracking Choices

Where required by law, the app shows a Google User Messaging Platform consent form covering personalised advertising under the EU General Data Protection Regulation and comparable rules. Your choice is stored and honoured on subsequent launches.

On iOS the app presents Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt before any tracking identifier is used for advertising. If you choose "Ask App Not to Track", the IDFA is not accessed and ads are served without it. You can change this decision at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.

On Android you can opt out of personalised advertising in Settings > Google > Ads, where you may also delete or reset your advertising ID.

5. What We Do Not Do

  • We do not require an account, and we store nothing about you on our own servers.
  • We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising outside the advertising partner named in section 3.
  • We do not access your contacts, camera, microphone, files, or precise GPS location.

The app requests the internet permission solely to load advertisements. Gameplay itself works entirely offline.

6. Children's Privacy

Color Fill Puzzle is a general-audience puzzle game and is not directed at children under 13, or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

7. Your Rights

Because we hold no personal data about you on our side, an access or deletion request to us has nothing to return or erase — removing the app removes everything the game stored. Rights relating to the advertising data described in section 3 are exercised through Google and through the device controls listed in section 4. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or a US state with a comprehensive privacy law such as California, you may still contact us and we will help you direct the request correctly. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any right.

8. Data Security

Because the app does not transmit personal data to us, there is no personal data on our side to secure. Advertising data in transit is encrypted, and is handled by Google under Google's own security and privacy standards.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any change will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continuing to use the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
