This Privacy Policy describes how DopaDay: ADHD Day Planner ("the App", "we", "us") handles information when you use it. By installing and using the App, you agree to the practices described here.
The short version:
The App does not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information (such as your name, email address, phone number, contacts, or precise location). There is no account system, so there is nothing to log in to and nothing tied to your identity.
The App stores the following locally on your device only. It never leaves your device and is not sent to us or to anyone else:
This local data can be erased at any time by clearing the App's data or uninstalling the App. Uninstalling deletes it permanently — we hold no copy and cannot restore it.
DopaDay is free to use. An optional paid upgrade, DopaDay Pro, is available as a monthly subscription, a yearly subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase.
All payments are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We never see or receive your payment card, bank details, or billing address. Those are handled entirely by the store under its own privacy policy.
To keep track of whether your purchase is active — for example so it still works after you reinstall the App or switch to a new phone — the App uses RevenueCat, a subscription-management service. When you make or restore a purchase, RevenueCat receives:
RevenueCat processes this data on our behalf solely to validate purchases and determine whether your Pro access is active. See the RevenueCat Privacy Policy, the Apple Privacy Policy, and the Google Privacy Policy.
If you never make a purchase, the App makes no network requests of this kind, and your tasks and menu contents are never transmitted anywhere under any circumstances.
The App contains no advertisements and no advertising SDKs. It does not use your advertising identifier (IDFA / Google Advertising ID). It contains no analytics or crash-reporting SDK, does not build a profile of you, and does not track you across other apps or websites.
More → Export my data in the App to get a copy of
everything stored, in a plain readable format, at any time.Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions; on Android via
Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Cancelling is done
entirely in the store — you never need to contact us, and cancelling never deletes or locks your data.More → Restore purchases on a new device. The App is a general-audience productivity tool and is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate action.
DopaDay is a planning and organisation tool. It is not a medical device, and it does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition, including ADHD. It does not collect health data and does not read from or write to Apple Health, Google Fit, or any other health service. Always consult a qualified professional for medical guidance.
Because the App does not collect or transmit personal data to us, there is no personal data on our side to secure. Your content is held in your device's own app storage, protected by your device's operating system and passcode. Purchase-validation data is transmitted over encrypted connections and handled by Apple, Google, and RevenueCat under their own security and privacy standards.
The App requests the INTERNET permission solely to validate purchases and subscriptions.
It does not access your contacts, camera, microphone, files, calendar, health data, or location. The
focus timer's ambient sounds are generated on your device — the App downloads no audio and streams
nothing.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the GDPR (Europe/UK) or the CCPA (California) to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, and to object to its processing. Because the App holds your content only on your own device and we operate no server that stores it, you can exercise access, portability, and deletion directly and immediately using the export and delete options described in Section 4. We do not sell or share personal information for advertising or any other purpose. For anything relating to purchase records held by Apple, Google, or RevenueCat, contact us at the address below and we will assist.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
