Terms of Use for Sifaro
Allion LLC — Last updated: August 29, 2026
These terms cover the mobile application Sifaro VPN (the “App”), published by Allion LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”). By downloading or using the App you agree to them. How the App handles information is a separate document: the Privacy Policy.
1. The licence
On iOS and iPadOS the App is licensed to you under Apple’s Standard End User Licence Agreement, which is the licence that governs your use of the App: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. Where that agreement and this page differ on the licence itself, that agreement is the one that applies.
On Android the App is distributed through Google Play and your use of it is subject to the Google Play Terms of Service in addition to this page.
2. What the App is
Sifaro carries your internet traffic through a server we operate, or through the connection of somebody who has invited you, so that the network you are attached to cannot read it. It is not anonymity software, it does not make you untraceable, and it is not a substitute for care with what you do online.
3. The free tier
The App can be used without paying. Free connected time is granted in blocks, and when a block runs out you may watch an advertisement to receive another. There is no data cap on the free tier. We do not promise that an advertisement will always be available, or that any particular server, speed or country will be.
4. Subscriptions
Sifaro Premium removes the advertising and the free-time limit. Four plans are offered: one month, three months, six months and one year. Prices are shown in the App before purchase and vary by country or region.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renew in your Apple Account settings after purchase.
We do not process payments ourselves and we cannot issue refunds. Refunds are handled by Apple, or by Google on Android, under their own policies.
5. What the App may not be used for
You agree not to use Sifaro to break the law that applies to you, to attack or scan other people’s systems, to send unsolicited bulk email, or to interfere with the service or with other users. Some traffic is blocked at our servers whatever anybody asks for: the mail ports (25, 110, 143, 465, 587, 993, 995), file sharing (6881–6889) and IRC (6667).
We may suspend an account that is doing any of the above, or that is generating traffic which puts the service or another user at risk.
6. Sharing your connection
The App has a feature that lets you share your own internet connection with people you invite. It is off unless you switch it on. If you switch it on, traffic from the people you invite leaves the internet through your connection and is recorded against it, and nothing in the App limits how much of it they use while sharing is on. Invite only people you are willing to be responsible for. What each side can and cannot see is set out in section 14 of the Privacy Policy.
You may stop sharing at any time, and each invitation can be withdrawn.
7. Availability
We run the service on a reasonable-effort basis. Servers are added, drained and removed; connections fail; networks in some countries actively block services like this one. We do not guarantee that the App will be available, reachable, or of any particular speed at any given moment.
8. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that materially affects you, we will say so in the App before the change takes effect. The date at the top always reflects the current version.
