DopaDay is a gentle day planner built around a dopamine menu: instead of one more overwhelming to-do list, you keep a menu of things you actually like doing, and when you're stuck the app hands you one good option based on your energy and the time you have.
Need a hand? Email ehsan@allionapp.com — we read every message. Please mention your device (iPhone, iPad, or Android) and what you were doing when the problem happened.
No. There is no sign-up, no login, and no password. Open the app and start using it.
On your device only. Your tasks, menu, and focus history never leave your phone or tablet, and we cannot see them. See the Privacy Policy for the full detail.
Open More → Export my data. You get everything the app stores, in a plain readable format.
Open More → Restore purchases while signed in to the same App Store or Google Play account
you bought it with. Nothing else is needed.
Cancelling is handled by the store, not by us — you never have to email anyone to cancel.
Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → DopaDayPlay Store → profile → Payments & subscriptions → SubscriptionsCancelling never deletes your data. Everything you made stays in the app.
The free version is genuinely usable: the full "I'm stuck — feed me" flow, up to 12 menu items, unlimited tasks including repeating ones, the focus timer at 10/25/45 minutes with quiet and brown noise, light and dark themes, and data export. DopaDay Pro adds an unlimited menu, the rain, waves and fire sounds, focus stats and streaks, and extra accent colours. The lifetime option is a single payment and never renews.
They are generated on your device as you listen — there are no audio files and nothing is streamed, so they work with no connection and use no data.
Because everything is stored locally, clearing the app's storage or uninstalling it removes your data permanently, and we hold no backup to restore from. If this happened without you doing either, please email us with your device and OS version — that is a bug and we want to fix it.
No. It is a planning and focus tool. It does not diagnose, treat, or manage ADHD or any other condition, and it is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. "ADHD" in the name describes who we designed it for, nothing more.
Please send it. DopaDay is small and actively worked on, and feature requests from people who actually use it are the best input we get.
