Textino puts the text messages and call alerts from your own Android phone on every device you use — another phone, a tablet, or any browser — and lets you reply from there, from your real number.

How it works

  1. Install Textino on the phone with the SIM and choose “This phone has the SIM”. An explicit disclosure screen appears before any permission is requested, and a permanent notification shows while sync is running.
  2. Open Textino on your other device — iPhone, iPad, Android, or the web viewer — and enter the pairing code shown on the source phone, or scan its QR code.
  3. That is it. New texts and call alerts arrive on the connected device within seconds, one-time codes are pulled out and shown as a card you can copy with one tap, and replies you write are sent by the source phone from your own number.

What it is good at

  • One-time codes. Verification codes are detected automatically and surfaced first, so signing in on a laptop no longer means finding your phone.
  • Two numbers, one inbox. A work phone in a drawer and a personal phone in your pocket can both feed the same viewer.
  • Travel. Leave the SIM phone at home on Wi-Fi and keep receiving its messages abroad.
  • Privacy by design. Message content is encrypted at rest, and optional end-to-end encryption means our servers hold nothing readable at all.

Textino is a personal sync tool. It is not a monitoring or parental-control product, and it must only be installed on a phone you own or are authorised to use.

Availability

Textino is coming to the App Store and Google Play. The Android app acts as either the source phone or a viewer; iPhone, iPad and the web viewer connect to a source phone.
